SignPro Zambia Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SignPro Zambia, we take pride in crafting high-quality, customized products tailored to your specifications. As each item is made to order, our refund and cancellation policy is structured to ensure a smooth production process while protecting both your interests and ours.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. After this time, production typically begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • To cancel your order within this window, please contact our customer support team at sales1@signpro.co.zm

2. Refunds on Customised Items

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. This includes personalized signage, banners, and any other made-to-order items.
  • If you wish to modify your order after production has started, we will do our best to accommodate small changes, but additional costs may apply.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if verified, offer a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
  • For all damage claims, please provide photographic evidence of the issue and retain the original packaging for inspection.

4. Non-Customised Products

  • For non-customized items (if applicable), we offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. All courier or transportation costs are to be borne by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
